Our Star Rewards program has been designed to say thank you for your loyalty and to give you more of what you love at Dicky Beach Surf Club.
Using your membership card, you can start earning Star Rewards points instantly, giving you access to discounts, special promotions and offers, PLUS extra rewards!
How do I earn points?
Star Rewards is a system that instantly rewards you throughout the Club. You will earn points every time you play the clubs gaming machines with your membership card inserted, or make a purchase at our bar or restaurant when you swipe your card.
- Receive 10% of your food & drink purchases back on your card in points.
eg Spend $50 receive $5 worth of points. - You 1 bonus point with every $10 in the Gaming Room.

How do I redeem points?
You can redeem your points for products and services throughout the Club. Redeem your points for cash* by swiping your card at the Members Kiosk.
Dine at The Wreck Restaurant and use your points to pay for, or subsidise, your meal! Just swipe your card and use your points to pay.
The value of the transaction will be deducted from your points, where each point is worth 1c (100 points = $1).

Gaming Lounge
Great services are available in our gaming lounge. EZYBREAK allows members to leave their credits in the machine whilst having a break. Simply have your membership card inserted with credits on the machine and press the ‘EZYBREAK’ button, then remove your card to disable the machine.
Simply re-insert your card to get playing again.
MY CASH is a card-based system that replaces the cash component of hand pays when members are collecting credits on a gaming machine.
Withdrawals from your MY CASH account can be made at the Cash Redemption Terminal (CRT) and your balance can be checked on your machine, or at the Members Kiosks.

Do I have to be a member to get rewards?
Yes, as part of your membership with DBSC, you automatically gain access to the Star Rewards program and the benefits available.
How do I access the rewards?
Present your card every time you purchase food or drinks at the club, or insert your card when play the gaming machines, you will earn points and rewards. Present your card to staff when making a transaction to access your discounts.
When do my points expire?
Your bonus points that you accumulate expire 12 months from the time you earn them if not used.
How many tiers are there?
There are 4 tiers in the Star Rewards program; Vista, Flow, Crest & Swell.
How do you decide what tier I am in?
Every time you use your card at the club, for example whenever you purchase drink, buy a meal or insert your card when playing the gaming machines, your account will accumulate Status Credits. These Status Credits determine which tier level you are in, so the more you use your card every time you visit, the more credits you will accumulate.
How come people in other tiers get more benefits?
Each tier level offers increased rewards and benefits for members. It is designed to reward members who visit and support the club. The more you visit and use your card, the more benefits and rewards you can earn!
Can I move up a tier?
Yes, you can move up to the next tier at any time. This will automatically happen once you earn the required number of Status Credits for the next level.
